What does the 1. mean to the left of my restoration spell? : V

So I know about hotkeys on PC but I can't get why I have it on mine, could I use the left and right d pad for hotkeys. I really hope I can or is it just telling me its my most used spell. Which it is not.

Yes, it is the hotkey.
Press and hold left while in the favorite screen and it will become hotkey 1.
Press and hold right for 2.
Press left or right to activate the hotkey.
