Creating Daedra Shrine, need your help.

Post » Fri Jun 22, 2012 1:45 am

As the title says, I need to create a shrine to Molag Bal.

The default Molag Bal shrine is no longer a safe location, so I need to create a NEW shrine. I need help with where it should be, what it should be made out of and what offerings should be made there.

Location doesn't matter, offerings do not matter as long as they are relevant and what the shrine should consist of does not matter as long as it is relevant to Molag Bal.

Look forward to your ideas.

Since when can you create shrines?
Unless you're on PC. Are you on PC?
If you are, I can't help you.

Okay, you are taking me too literally.

No, you cannot *create* shrines. I am going to just make one out of random objects. It is called Roleplaying.

Yes, I am PC, why does it matter?

Oh okay, sorry. PC matters because it has mods, creation kit, other stuff.

Oh, well I do not intend to get mods. I just wanted ideas as to what items I should collect. I am at a loss in Skyrim for items Daedric Princes would revere. So I figured I would branch out at get the opinion of the GD.

Uhhh maybe a statue of dibella? those are awesome. Try one of those or like a few goblets and a dagger of sacrafice because they belong to those bandits at boethiah, and boethiah is molag bals enemy. Kill a bothiah bandit dude and steel his dagger in honor of molag bal. Also, "http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Vampires_of_Vvardenfell" is a volume (book) that says something about molag bal mace. Put that there too, that would be kewl. Theres another book called Opusculus Lamae Bal ta Mezzamortie . Duplicate the ring of nimera with the mannequin glitch and then put onethere. The ring of nimera has vampirish traits, and molag bal is known as vampire.

It should be outside of one of these vampire caves, because he was the father of vampires.

Make sure you sacrafice one of those soldiers at boethiah and put him next to the shrine after stealing his blade of sacrafice

Bloody rags are also in stormcloak/imperial camps where the wounded soldiers are.
Also I would get lots of human flesh and skulls. Maybe some flowers to put in a bowl, gold bars look good in shrines too.

Virgins of both genders. Slaves. Boethiah's cultists and by extension, those who divise elaborate plots. Vigiants of Stendarr.

I would say if you really want to show your respect, you could lay down a Daedric Cuirass and two crossed Daedric Maces, a bowl full of Daedra Hearts and some form of raw meat. Gold and Ebony Ingots might be nice also.
