My answer to the post about what you want to see was going to be what don't I want to see, so that got me thinking wouldn't it seem more productive to post what you would not like to see.
I for one do not want to see DLC like Fallout 3 I don't like having to fully separate myself from the game world I was just in and you should always be able to go back and forth between the new areas if they indeed want to add new areas.

That's propably how they are going to do it though. It is easier and more error safe to add a new area than add to the existing one. F3's Broken Steel did add to the existing worldspace though, so it's not out of the question.
On topic, more magic, especially summons. Clannfears, Daedroth, Spider Daedra, maybe even Xivilai. Edit: Whoops, "Don't want to see"? Those were the things i do want to see
a play once and never touch again affair ala operation anchorage.
Like others have said I want a new area I can explore as and when, prefferably without a loading screen (high rock or morrowind DLC just across the border)
Multiplayer Dragon Mounts DLC similar to Oblivions house DLC's, give us something that actually adds some new stuff to the game, not just one new building.
Draugr( Just as annoying as the ones in Solstheim) Werebears Dragon Mounts (Unless it is a dragon that can speak to you and what not..not a slave dragon, because they are an intelligent being and to ride them seems wrong then again after thinking about it a dragon mount just seems stupid) Vampire Lord ( Although the vampire feeding animation looks [censored] awesome)
I don't want to see a Operation Anchorage or Mothership Zeta. As others have said, I don't want a, do it once and that is it, you can't go back then. Then again we were able to go back to the Grand Canyon in New Vegas, but it basically felt empty since everything was done and everybody left, so there was really no reason to go back.

I agree I want to be able to go there do some quests and leave that area to do other quests in other parts of the map and return at my leisure..I dont want to be forced to go there do it all and never come back.
no dwemer, multiplayer, voyages to atmora/blackmarsh/summerset isles/akavir/elsyre/valenwood (those need their own games but some people have asked for them) and vampire lords
