its so annoying its suppose to be a friendly fight, but i get attacked and a bounty, am i doin somethin wrong

I always save before a brawl for this exact reason. I also run around and be careful about my placement to try to avoid accidental strikes. I think the brawl mechanics could use a little tweaking (or an AI script) to prevent this from happening, or to temporarily increase NPC distance.

It's annoying, but avoidable. Just be extra careful and save at the start of a fight.

Make sure you're only using your fists, if you try to use weapons or spells it'll turn into a real fight. That's the only thing I can think of unless it's a bug.

Always let the NPC through the first punch and quicksave before the brawl just in case.

cheers for the response guys and i do exactly everything you guys just said, i let him throw the first punch, i dont even throw one and then they all attack me become hostile, and it not just this one another one near riften too, as i said i dont even throw, he punched me then becomes hostile
