The song I heard was "The Man Who Would Be King" I think the album was Master of The Moon. The first few lines of the song are what got me thinking.
The first line is "Bless me father I must go away" I imagine a Nord warrior with his sword drawn, with the tip of the sword to the ground and hands over the handle kind of like Talos. He would be praying to Talos. The second line "To save us from the ones who don't believe" would show a close up of a hooded Thalmor mage with other Thalmor in armor behind him. Then on the last lines of the first verse "Confess me father I have sinned but maybe angels really sing for the man who would be king." You'd see the Nord look to his side and see The Jagged Crown. The rest of the song has me thinking of a massive assault led by that nord and various companions in the game against a massive Thalmor stronghold which ends up being a massacre with the Thalmor being wiped out.
Many people have many tastes in music, none of which are really bad in my opinion. When I listen to Dio, I often find myself thinking about Fantasy genre stuff. Especially when he has song's with titles like "Killing the Dragon." I don't know much about Ronnie James Dio as I haven't been a fan for long but listening to his music, I think the guy loved Fantasy based stuff. I think he would have loved Skyrim if he were alive today.
