IIRC an earlier version of that mod had a mudcrab companion called "Mr. Crabalot", or something. His NPC is still in the game actually, found him under a bridge but I forget which one, and there is loads lol. Just no longer a follower.
Made me sad cos I missed the version with him as the follower haha.
Anyway, that mod also adds chests around the waterways too, it's like a total water overhaul mod, not just a texture replacer.
If you have that mod, please state so, or post your load order actually.

oh you ruined it, lol i thought id found something that no one else had found lol, yes i have the water mod and have been using it scince isoku or something it used to be called, i had no idea it added stuff like that, its breathing under water in active effects as in the picture
