I don't think there is one... not in normal play, that is. I think some alchemy tricks can boost it to absurd numbers, but I don't know that there is even a max then.

900=100 base, plus eighty level ups at ten points a level at level 81
Lately my characters have not gone higher than 300 total Stamina.

My current Level 50 dual wielding heavy armor warrior still has 100 stamina. Vegetable soup and occasional potion is really all I need.

Indeed, that is the current max base value you can have. With enchantments you can get much higher, I do not think it is any programmed max value.

Or, another way to look at this is you have 800 points (if you get to level 81) to divvy up between Magic/Health/Stamina. For most characters, figure on 500 to 600 points to divvy up as you increase in level. This is on top the base 100.

Fortifications can add much more to each of these levels, so these aspects could get up into the 4 figures. Well, not all at once, but one of them for sure.

With Enchanting only, you can make +64 enchanted item, or with alchemy, but without Fortify Restoration loop, +80. You can also buy Peerless jewelry for +70 enchants.

You can add 256 points of health or more to your 900 health.

With Fortify Restoration loop. You can have 9000. Or more.

I don't think there is any limits. My character has 130 mp, 590 hp, and 120 sp, my health points are still going up.

Altmers start out with +50 magicka, which means more to spend on the other 2 attributes. With that, plus enchanted armor I found along the way (+60 health, +60 magicka), plus the Gauldur amulet, my stats are at 310 magicka, 610 health and 210 stamina, at level 57. Add the blessing of Arkay to that for a very tanky 635 health.
