I read somewhere that the One handed perks 'Dual Flurry' and 'Dual savagery' work on unarmed attacks, is this true?

No i think but if you are one of the beast race you get some bonus damage for unarmed. Argonians:+6 Khajiits:+12

But im not expert for this.
Anyway this game IMO its not about statictics and perks, play as you like it and immerse yourself. Oh and have fun.
