I also like standing in their way until they turn hostile & the prisoner usually runs away. But sometimes when I check my crimes right after, I find that my murder count has gone up by 1-3. I'm not an assassin type, so this kinda irks me. Cause I don't see how it can count as murder when they turned hostile first!
