Was it the Werewolf V. Guards incident? I only noticed your absence after that...and yet a search of the entire area revealed only the bodies of the two guards I knew i felled. How come the only comment I ever heard that might pertain to your being gone was your apprentice saying "such a shame" and refusing to elaborate?

Did you sell all those dragon bones and buy a sweet vacation home somewhere?

Were you run out of town by people mad of your lame jokes?

Did your apprentice actually flip out and murder you?
