Any reason why Dremora, tarantulas, trolls and Hagravens are following my fast travels into Whiterun and are trying to fight Lydia and me in Breezehome?

I just came back from selling about 300,000 gold's worth in jewels to Tanilia, so maybe they're just jelly.

I'm sure that's what it is.
