Neither Morrowind or Oblivion added new music in their DLC/expansions. It's possible Dawnguard could, but I doubt it given their track record.

Really, I thought SI had new music? I saw a review of it and it said "the soundtrack isn't as good as the main game"

Of course, This was 5 years ago, so I could be remembering it wrong.

I guess it is more likely the review was wrong, then. Dawnguard will probably have a special theme for both factions castles, but probably no additional explore/dungeon/city/village/... tracks.

I would love to have just 4-5 new soundtracks in their coming DLC(s), but Morrowinds and Oblivions expansion packs didnt give us any new soundstracks.
