Create a home for your player

As you may know, you are able to use your Skyrim Xbox save on the PC version without any conversion. Through the use of consol commands, you are also able to turn just about anywhere into a nice player home (spawn beds, Followers, containers, delete junk, etc). Now, my question is, if I went to some random location free of hostiles (like the Dwemer tower near Markarth) and tricked it out, would it;

A. Still reset the cell periodicly (remove the changes I made)
B. Clear the containers I placed

I intend to use only the containers that can also be found in your player home (same ID number), but will they still clear with the cell?

No ideas on the save thing? I could try it out, but it seems like it would take awhilt to get done, and if it fails...so much wasted effort...
