How hardcoe Is Too hardcoe

I would want a way to change the time scale with any hardcoe mode. Having a real need for food and warmth would be interesting, but with vanilla time passing so quickly I think it would just be an ongoing annoyance.

I have a bat file that - (amongst other things) - sets time to 5 and carry amount to 200, all the time.

Deleting all your saves upon death and locking you out of the game for 5 hours. :)

Yeah, I play 360 and I think a hardcoe mode similar to new Vegas would help the main problem I have with this game. I restart all the time. I dont like it when my characters get too over powered. Haven't had a single character get past lvl 38. Being able to easily kill everything at lvl 20 , moved me to an orc on master difficulty. After powering up my Orc warrior I had to restart due to needing a bigger challenge and forum talk about mages being underpowered compared to warriors/stealth characters.

A hardcoe mode, I feel, would slow down the game for me. I would have to consider buying new things and carrying new things. All the money I have wouldn't be invested into making me as powerful as I can be, but instead used for preparing for trips out of towns. I think this would be a great option to add.

I dunno doesn't have to be many features, hunger/thirst/sleep. Maybe body temp maaaaaaaybe. Would weather effect body temp? Rather than just whole areas that are considered colder?

I've had this same problem, especially with my stealth characters. I became so powerful that it didn't make sense to even go into dungeons stealthfully. I eventually remade this character as a vampire with only 100 health. It's pretty amazing to play like this. Every fight is a struggle and once you start learning how to fight each enemy, it really rewarding when you bring them down knowing how fragile you are. The daylight penalties add a lot of hardcoe elements as well. I'm constantly watching how much stamina and mana I've used and eating fondu and vegetable soup to restore them. Also, the chance that I will become a level 4 vampire, upon exiting face travel, has prevented me from using it at all.

With this build, having an insane bow and daggers has a purpose, overwhelming offense. I use illusion to distract large groups of enemies so that I don't have to face them all myself. I actually use speech craft to avoid confrontations or take the easy way out of a situation. I've even found that the new horse combat, with my bow, helps me travel around the world quickly during the day.

Would the hardcoe mode from Fallout New Vegas be something you'd welcome into Skyrim or is it too hardcoe for you
not too hardcoe, too time consuming. I want to go on adventures without having to stop to eat and sleep. Theres people who walk everywhere and try to live skyrim life likes its real life who would love this but im not one of those people and dont have the time to spend on skyrim if i wanted.
Besides many hardcoe fans are PC players and can mod realism in if they want

Too hardcoe would be your food spoiling if you didn't eat it soon enough, your teeth getting rotten and difficulty eating/constant pain for not brushing, your feet getting tired from running all over the world.

This.

hardcoe mode would be great here. A reason to go hunting or to buy food. Only problem is there is not a lot of water in skyrim. They would have to give you a way to get it yourself.

hardcoe mode with added hypothermia and stuff. NOT hardcoe ENOUGH.
there are mods for it but I want a real, Bethesda, polished version.

Actually, the hypothermia mod for Skyrim is very polished. In fact, i will argue that is more polished than what Bethesda would make because modders for an unlimted time to work on it. Bethesda has a deadline they have to meet.
