Mounted combat.

I really like mounted combat, but i noticed there are no bandit's on horses or gaurd's on horses, It would be kinda cool though:P

Did anyone also noticed this ?

Wow so true. In Oblivion we had mounted imperial guards... Damn now that i think of it, it seems Skyrim isn't finished. So many good features left out :(

There's been a real lack of mounted anybody since the game was released. I think the only person I've ever seen on a horse besides myself is that noble, with his guard walking along in front.

My biggest issue with mounted combat is rocketting my enemy 50 feet when I do the final blow. I had an assassin attack me once, I hit him so hard he flew off the road and smashed his face on the opposite side of the river. Mount vs mount combat would be cool, however I feel that there are bigger issues with mounted combat.

This may just be my imagination, but mounted combat seems to have introduced more animals. I've seen an increase in wolves, bears, and saber cats on the side of the road.

If only we had a longer gallop...

Number of mounted fights: 2
Number of wins: 0

I gave up when the second battle had my arrows going one way despite my cursor being on the target.

Really? There are like 50 horses in the entire country of skyrim, of course most bandits aren't riding one. The only people you see using them are nobles, guys pulling carts for cash (which are expensive), folks who own stables, and imperial soldiers or stormcloaks who probably stole them from the imperials.

In my opinion it would be more of an immersion killer if there were multiple bandits running around on horseback, when its pretty clear only the richest of the rich people in Skyrim can afford horses.

Using a bow to hunt is very easy, even at low archery levels. Horse Combat made it much easier for swordsmen to hunt :P
