I think it would be very clever and a great idea to have bi weekly updates featuring new dungeons, and misc quest updates. It's really not that hard and would add more meat to Skyrim. Just T0sh.ing that out there.

They probably won't do that, Expansions and such is more important.

Updates cost a lot money to put on consoles, I don't think a bi-weekly update will ever happen.

The only real problem I have or see with this is after time it will eat up room on your hard drive. While a dungen may be 5mb you get 30 or more it starts to add up and people using a console it can fill up fast.

It would not be "that easy" pulling devs away from real expansions to spend time making misc dungeons would be time consuming and stupid that's what mods are for. Oh and if you own it for I console then buy it for pc too that's what I did I play pc for constant amusemant and console for the real stuff (can't stay focused on pc too many mods just end up messing aroound with super powers and whatnot).
