Questing about improving via smithingblacksmithing potions : V

What is the highest potion you can buy percentage wise from shops? Is it 50%? I've seen a few.

Also, what's the cap on smIthing bonuses? How much +smithing enchants/ potions can I stack to make things better?

I don't think there's a cap on smithing potions/gear. You can make gear that will godmode you.

Smithing potion is 50% and Enchanting's potion is 25%.
