Is Dawnguard going to raise the level cap?

Simple enough question. I'm at 81 and want those werewolf perks.

God, I love this game. Playing as a Nord who's background's all about The Companions. Wolf Armor, Beast Form and the like. Also: NEVER fast travelling changes the whole experience. I'm surprised there's still enemies that mess me up as hard as they do (like the damn Volkihar Vampire I ran into during a quest in Morthal)

Bethesda have done themselves well on this one.

No they are not. However, the points for the werewolf and vampire lord perks will be based on kills and feedings in the werewolf or vampire lord form, not achieved in the usually manner. I have read it in countless articles online. They did that so it wouldnt screw with people like you. So dont worry.
I think as a werewolf you eat hearts of slain enemies, and as a vampire lord it is lifedrain kills and bites.

I believe the vampire perks and werewolf perks will have to do with how much you feed not your level, so for instance you feed 7 times you unlock a perk. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with leveling, for that reason exactly I highly doubt Bethesda would alienate there most devoted players.

Anybody feel free to correct me on this, because I'm not %100 sure, but I believe you unlock new vampire/werewolf perks, by feeding, or fighting as a vampire lord/werewolf. I don't believe you have to level up.

If it is down to feeding or kills does anyone know if previous kills as a werewolf will be counted? or will it start a fresh once Dawnguard starts?

Correct.. every bit of info on an online search backs this up. Not sure about the 7 feedings, but everything else for sure.

Uh, how?

Care to elaborate?

Simply by implementing it with the perk tree. It's not a hard concept.

I read that it is hearts that you eat as a werewolf that count, and bite/drains as a vampire lord, in vamp lord form, that counts. I believe they added these things (such as heart eating) in order to prevent long-term vampires and werewolves from being maxed in perks right away.
