Atronach Forge - Dremora Thrall?

Post » Fri Jun 22, 2012 6:53 pm

Does anybody know if you can use the forge to create a Dremora and make it your permanent Thrall? I wanted to test this out but I can't make the Dremora even with all the correct ingredients. I suspect the one on top of the college that I summoned for a quest that refuses to go away (and can't be killed) has something to do with this.

Yes but if I recall right it is only around for about a minute. I want to see if I can use the spell that reanimates the body as my permanent thrall.

This is the wrong forum for discussing that. Ask a mod to move it to the spoiler section.

I will tell you...

Spoiler
The Dremora at that forge should vanish after he is killed. So there is no Thrall to be had. However, if you do the Mehrunes Dagon quest you will have all the Dremora Lords you want to enthrall.

Yes but the dremora made at the forge is leveled, so if your level is to high you can't make it a thrall.

*do you have the sigil stone?

I've tried enthralling the ones at the shrine but they are too high leveled(I'm level 81).

81? Why do you people do that to yourselves? Well, I am truly sorry.

It's a shame, I really wanted a bloodthirsty Daedra swinging a Greatsword at my foes.

i think it can be done, iirc dremora are classified as npcs and thus affected by the 'dead thrall' spell

you could try reanimate the corpses of the dremora at mr dagon's shrine

You may have been using the wrong meat when you were trying to summon them. The forge is picky like that.
