Hey guys im having some lighting issues with my game.

ok so ive always had a problem with lighting in Skyrim the first was whenever i looked at the sky or look towards an area that was predominantly light in colour the screen would sort of flash (i guess you could say adjust) and then when i would look back to something darker it would flash or "adjust" again. its quite aggravating and hurts my eyes from it adjusting and lighting up so much.

My second issue is one that i have only realized recently, my game has gone very dark, like i cant see any detail in dark objects. My Housecarl is wearing ebony and i can barely see him, even when its daylight. its hard to explain and i did take a picture of what i mean but i don't know how to attach pictures to these threads...

Anyways... can anyone help?
