Yeah. I went into a vampire cave, and now he's a vampire. He didn't go and seek out a cure out of feeling hopeless the minute he noticed the odd feeling he had while sleeping. He spent a few nights in the cave feeling utterly depressed from some strange dead feeling taking him over. Spines-Poke-Inside would have seeked out a cure had he known he could. He was more ashamed of how his body had let down the resistance towards disease, and now he's using the Talos preacher in Whiterun as his food source. He might even give up adventuring out of fear that he'll become a monster.

I was going to make him a fire battlemage, but now he is forced to use ice magic. I might find a way to make him end up learning of the man who knows how to cure him through stalking the Talos preacher. Maybe pretend someone gave him a paper that claims a man in that place with the vampire wife who wants to take over the town is a vampire who knows the cure.

So any ideas on what he should do for the next two in-game months? Maybe seek out new prey? Or befriend someone only to get their blood? I know Ysolda would be a good source. It's funny how one minute, you got a battlemage setting vampires on fire, and the next, he is one.
