Evil characters and murder

Does anyone play the game were they just murder whoever they want without caring about the consequences ever?

Oblivion was my first elder scrolls game, and the first year or so of my play, I would murder whole towns or cities, then Continue on with the game. I was in jail so much, and I would always pick my way out, or try to at least. But later on, I started to realize that I either feel bad for the people, cuz I got older and gained a sense of humanization, or I just realized that i have the potential to lose a quest giver, or a merchant, or an ally. I haven't even gone to jail once in skyrim, and I've been playing since release.

I only kill random NPCs I find on the road..like Nobles with armed guards or Thalmor, 99% of the people in towns are quest givers or are in some way related to a quest.

Might when Dawnguard comes out though to add to the evil Vampire Lord feel..go into random towns feed on some villagers who are trying to run away, kill some guards then leave..make them fear me and hope I won't come back.

I call my stealth character the Guard Slayer. He has a 6000 gold bounty in Markarth and 5000 gold bounty in Solitude.

I only kill guards, and random NPC's that attack me in the world. If they are in town they are safe.

I've made bad characters, but never evil characters that would murder people for no good reason (Except when I RP'd a Lycanthropy-afflicted Breton, but that's not really his fault... Right?). I might when Dawnguard comes out and when I want to join the Vampires side.

Wait... Is there another way to play the game? o.O

Yeah my highest lifetime bounty on my 1st profile was 60,000 septims. It's easier for me to do this on TES:5 than in FO:NV because in NV quest givers actually die instead of just falling down and getting back up.
