Dawnguard perks... : V

This is a general question because I am the highest level and maxed out everything, am I going to need to start a new name because I can't fill up the perk trees for being a werewolf or a vampire lord? Or does the werewolf and vampire lord have their own level system?

Nope its depends on how many people you kill and eat while in that form.
