Concerning Jarls : V

When in the negotiations in the main quest, I thought it would be rather cool if you, as the dragonborn, choose who could be jarls. There are Imperial/Stormcloak jarls. Why can't there be a dragonborn option, choosing a person that you like in the respective town.
The only real town I would choose a jarl is Riften. I actually liked Laila Law-Giver. I completely disliked Maven Black-Briar. I would have chosen Mjoll the Lioness. She would already have a steward in Aerin. Just a thought.

Law-Giver was a good Jarl and Maven stinks. Mjoll would have been pretty awesome new Jarl.

It's just a shame Law-Giver threw her lot in with a schmuck who wound up sharing the same fate as the High King. War always punishes the just and the wise.

I wish that, with a high enough speech skill, you could just convince the Jarls to swear fealty. Didn't like the lack of diplomacy for the civil war quest.

Yeah, I would have liked that option.

Leila Law-giver is probably the only Stormcloak supporting Jarl I feel sorry for. She seemed nice enough, just placed a wee bit too much trust in a certain Matriach that owns a meadery.
