Conjuration summons + illusion buffsresto heals

Courage, Rally, CtA, targeted heals, do they work on undead thralls/atronachs?

You need the level 90 illusion perk. I don't know about restoration.

Bump, does anyone know about restoration? Does it work on my undead thralls or it damages them?

Heals don't work on summons:

Heals the target 10 points per second, but not undead, atronachs or machines:

Yeah you seems right, it sounds obvious - but dunno why I see "heal your summons" sentence in every second post. How the.. do they heal them?
