Who would like a DLC to go back to the Summerset Isles?

So would you guys like to go back to Summerset Isles? I would love too! Especially helping out the Psijic order somehow.

DLC?

Then we can't use it as a game!

I don't think DLC will ever be another province so just put that out of your mind. The game is called Skyrim for a reason.

I'd like it, but it seems to me that Altmer are the least thing on their minds atm, besides Thalmor. I mean, you can play one now, but it means nothing.

So? Doesn't mean anything, in Fallout New "Vegas" you went to other places? And if you played or looked hard enough there are places where it tells you that you can't go any farther. One leading to Morrowind and Cyrodiil. So just because this game is called, The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, doens't exactly mean it has to just take place in Skyrim, especially with DLC's which are expansion packs.

I'd enjoy it. Maybe a boat/ portal ride to bridge the distance in territories.

Help the Psijiic Order? Those creeps disappeared for decades, showed up without any explanation, and took away the eye of Magnus. I don't think that I'd ever help them without getting some serious answers, even then I'm not sure. A bunch of paranoid elitists.

They disapeared because of all the corruption and they took the eye of magnus because it was to powerful for them and so they took it to guard it from anyone trying to use it's powers for evil.

That's silly. Tolfdir would have kept it safe.

That seems more like the setting of TES6.

Nah.... a DLC will likely be something specific to Skyriim province. Another GAME now.... Yeah, Summerset would be great for that!

And they could have done it from the very start. One wonders why they had to let 3 people die first.

Why do people continue to call it the Summerset Isles? It was renamed Alinor.

summerset isle? just leave that to the modders. In oblivion we have valenwood, elsewhere and blackmarsh...
for dlc, i assumed its either travelling back in time to the dwemers(which is highly unlikely), following up the civil war or horse armor. Of course we can visit new sheoth again if u want

yea don't get your hopes up about the pronvinces since beth doesn't seem to keen on putting other provinces in other games dlc. You will probably see a plane of oblivion or Atmora, since these are the most demanded, then comes Cyrodiil and Morrowind.

Probably because that name-change was initiated by the Thalmor, and they've got a tendency to tick people off. So people use the old name out of spite.

Not a fan of the Thalmor myself, but I admit that Alinor has a pretty good ring to it, sounds more elvish.

OT: I doubt they'd put the entire location in a DLC, we probably won't defeat the Thalmor until the next game at least. We might get a DLC to interrupt more of their plots though or act against them in Tamriel, I'd be happy to see something along those lines.

I want a Falmer DLC.

So much story there to be fleshed out. It'd be awesome to be sure.
