I just got a new video card (ATI Radeon HD 3600) and an odd graphical glitch started happening when I started Skyrim up. I have the latest drivers, have messed with all the video settings (no .ini settings though), etc. It's hard to explain, so I'll post some screen shots:

So, this only happens when I approach vegetation in game. I know that the darkened areas are silhouettes of vegetation because they sway with the wind and are shaped as such.

Not sure what to make of this. Any ideas?
