well i just did and ive seen the cowl in the regardless now it got in the game

Cool story bro, but it is technically illegal to mod on the 360 and PS3. So it is taboo to talk about it here.

Why is it illegal? its my property and it does no harm to others, lol. plus bethesda has a "legal" modding kit for pc, so why cant consoles have the same? it sounds like contradiction to me.
