Uninstalling scripts vs leaving them in but replacing with b

In Ma Beth's defense, Papyrus IS brand new... since it's such a game-wrecking issue I'd expect them to work on that for future games, if not for a Skyrim update (though the latter is prob'ly a pipe dream). But too many script-related errors can cause SEVERELY degraded performance, sometimes CTD if excessive stack-dumping takes place (even in proper/correct mods stack-dumpage is an issue). I just created a new thread to illustrate this (and will add it to the other performance-related thread I did).
