Set up an auto-backup?

Has anyone made a utility that automatically backs up a file you're working on in the creation kit every so often? I save regularly and manually keep a back-up every few hours, but I just had the heart attack of my life when the CK crashed right as I pressed the save button. <_> "Only" losing five or six hours is better than losing a few days, but...

The CK has the option in it's preferences. It's disabled by default.

Go to File > Preferences and switch to the Misc tab. 4th option down - Auto Save every xx minutes. Fill in your numbers and Apply.

Backups will be saved in Skyrim\Backup\ and will have the naming convention -
YourMod.esp.0.bak
YourMod.esp.1.bak
YourMod.esp.2.bak ...etc

Make sure you sort this folder by Date modified. The highest number will not always be the latest save.

You shouldn't have to turn on auto-save by timer (though some may like that feature. It should be auto-backing up every time you save your plugin (to the above-mentioned folder). I I don't remember making any INI change to enable that option, and checking the INI just now, I couldn't find one.. so it should be default (unless you enable the timed one probably).
