how do i improve these skills faster? any tricks? : V - Skyrim

i tried tolfdir he didnt had it, i guess that's because my alteration isnt improving AT ALL since im only at level 16 in alteration.......

Yes detect life is level 50 to buy it but it is possible to get it a lot earlier in game. I can't say any more than that with spoiling sorry.

i dont mind spoilers really i played the game through and through i've tested it out detect lie in other playthroughs and it is the best alteration technique so go on right ahead im making a request in search for help the least i could care about is spoilers on how to get the spell.

i have the mage stone but only one more question, i just checked the jarl's wizard of whiterun and he doesnt have detect lie, where do i find it then?

Spam Magelight/Candlelight or the Flesh spells near an enemy *stand on a rock or something to avoid being hit* until you can get Detect Life, or do this quest to get Detect Life as a reward: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Infiltration

yea i actually searched for info here about that peculiar spell and i read that info about infiltration..umm my question is..where do i find that orc?
