I have been wanting to create a dracula-like character since I began. I want him to be drastically diferent from my werewolf character. Actually maybe more along the lines of equally opposite.

I was looking for some advice. With the usage of alchemy do i have to pick upp smithing and enchanting perks to max my equipment? I feel like i always have to pick up those two trees.

A Dracula build wouldn't seem to use two handed to me. What I'm seeing is illusion and conjuration as the combat skills, a heavy focus on speechcraft.

If conjuration/followers and illusion aren't enough, then the vampire form would be used.

Ive always thought that dracula would use a broad sword if he ever needed to with one hand. Now aside from aesthetics two handed gives me options instead of just buildiing a mage and making him a vampire. Im even contemplating only picking up dual casting and not the elemmental perks in destro.

I would expect a dracula build wearing enchanted noble like clothing instead of armor.

My vampire build is a stealth character, which uses bows to take out his prey from afar and uses daggers when he's able to get close. He uses illusiona as crowd control as he cant handle too many enemies at once.

I say noble looking dark armor like ebony or such. You should play a battlemagish character. Go with something like heavy armor, destruction, illusion, speech, conjuration and one handed. That's my opinion anyway.

For a dracula build I recommend using clothing only and taking enchanting, illusion, conjuration, one handed, archery or destrucyion and speech, heavy armor isn't really something Dracula would wear as he often would sneak around and manipulate his prey and servants.

Yeah but dracula was based off vald III the impaler who was a count, knight and fought the turks.

Does anyone know if by using alchemy and fortify potion can one abandon some of the crafting perks

Use a Daedric Sword, then you'll be using a sword that looks like the demon version of the type of sword the real life Dracula used.
