Does anyone know if the custom fit and matching set light armor perks apply when wearing penitus oculus armor and helmet while wearing a circlet at the same time? I am wondering if the system recognizes the circlet or the helmet or both when calculating if custom fit and matching set can be applied.

Circlets are not considered as helmets, so the mentioned perks have no effect if you wear one.

I thought you can't get it at all.
