For me, I miss Calipers. I don't know why, but I was really sad when I found out they weren't making a comeback. Bethesda really let me down on this one.

The loss of calipers is regrettable.

Many other things too. Like summonable deadra outside of Atronachs and Daedra Lords (ie Clanfears, Daedroths, Spider Daedra, Xivilia). I also miss having to search for alchemy equipment.
