i have following Problems:

at Whiterun i have a person at the schmith, who is cloned four times and this clons stand in circle and dont goes away... and as i visited Whiterun, there was a zombie in the middle of the village! I killed him and since this time, he is still standing there... the whole skyrim world goes grazy at me... i load old savegames and they dont have this problem...
I send a mail to Bethesda Support but they give me totaly standard useless "tips" like update your Grafic software muuuhhhaaa bla bla bla... pls help me because i dont want play with my old savegames...

PS. i tryed to kill this clons and the games crashed up, nice or...

Has the game been patched to the latest and greatest? I know the some NPC duplication was a known glitch.... but, no idea what causes it, or, how to fix it.

You could try opening the console, click on one of the 'extras', and typing in "disable". Makes him go away.......

yes have steam version, thats the actuall version... damn why get this damn [censored]... and what make a zombie in whiterun??? [censored] that make me grazy and i get no support from this company...

I had the same problem for awhile ago but don't know if they had fixed it yet or they are tryin to fix Oblivion, I had to start a new game because of their f****ckin latest patch.

Have you tried disabling all mods and verifying your cache to revert all your .ini files to their original state? A lot of issues are caused by incompatibilities with outdated mods or .ini tweaks.

To get rid of the zombie and clones that are already there, select them via the console and type:

markfordelete
disable

The first command will permanently delete them the next time you load the game while disable will hide them from view for the time being.
