You decided to play Skyrim and you don't have network at your uncle's house and therefore you cannot connect to Steam and cannot activate the Offline mode? This mod fixes it.

• Installation

Merge the Steam folder found in this archive with your Steam folder.

• Use

Launch Steam Offline to launch Steam in a forced offline mode, or launch Steam Online to launch Steam normally.

This small utility is legit and will NOT allow you to play a non-legit copy of Skyrim. This is just a fix for people who cannot launch Steam when they have no network and can't activate the offline mode without being connected.

Wow this is SO great...er if it will do what I think it will do!

Will this mean that steam is NOT running at all or will steam still run on my PC when I want to play my legal copy of Skyrim?
