Now, I'm not a huge TES lore expert, but correct me if I'm wrong, but Daedric weapons are weapons infused with the power of gods and demigods, meant to be the be all end all of weaponry.

But now, Dragonbone, which, while I'm sure is infused with some great power of dragons, is becoming stronger. But I thought Daedra > Dragons. So, wouldn't it be more lore friendly to put Daedric up at the top, putting DBone in Daedrics former spot, and making a light Daedric armor for the Light Armor users who climb up to the top of the Smithing tree?

Dragonbone weapons will be coming with the new dawnguard expansion. However, I never knew they were going to be stronger than daedric. Do you have any sources confirming this ?

it's certainly a stronger material than Ebony, but far from as divine as you want it to be, its crafted by the use of Lesser deadra

Daedric is based off the progeny of the princes and their powers. Dragonbone is based off the bones of the children of the top god, and Akatosh is pretty badass

Dragons are demi-gods as well, so yeah. I never understood why daedric weapons and aromor were stronger, they are just infused with a daedras essence, dragon bone weapons a physically made FROM a dragon, which decend from akatosh directly, an actual god.

Can't remember who maybe Todd or one of the other guys def mentioned they will be stronger.

According to the Elder Scrolls wiki (I know, I know, not as good as UESP) Dragonbone weapons are reported to be stronger. A little shoddy, but people around the forums have implied Dbone will be stronger.

And I totally forgot that Dragons descended from Akatosh, silly me.
