When am I actually going to be able to download this from xbox live?
I'm in the UK and therefore a second class citizen to most US games companies. When they say "released on 26 June" they dont usually mean that I can download it at 00:01 GMT, I usually have to wait for some stupid arbitrary US time.

So, when is it going to be?

It's being released at 6am here in Adelaide, Australia. We're in the +9:30 time zone, the name of which always escapes me ...

3AM PST is the time the marketplace updates.

I've seen DLC content release anywhere from 2-6 am pacific time.
