I have a very weird problem. I can't use magic with my right hand. It does glow up a bit which seems that i does react on my left mouse button (weapons are no problem). I started a new game, reinstalled steam and nothing seems to work, some ppl say it wears off after a time but it's pritty annoying so do you guys have any idea what might cause this?

Any mods active? If so, untick them and remove them completely from the data folder and try the game again.
