I'm pretty sure this is a glitch and I haven't seen or heard about anything like it before.

I'll try to describe it as best as possible.

I walked out of a mine and it's like I'm in limbo. Everything is black with a light bluish hue around it. Well, except for the sky which is a very bright white. I can see the basic shapes of the trees but they are just black. Everything else is working fine though. It's seriously like playing Skyrim in limbo but you can't see anything.

Does anyone know what this is?

Edit: Actually, my mistake. Not everything is working. Opening my menu doesn't work, so I can't fast travel. I am not able to load a previous save.
