This glitch has been happening with 2 of my characters. Almost every time I fast travel or exit an area, draugr spawn all around me. Sometimes as many as 10, and sometimes with frostbite spiders. I'm not really sure why it's happening, but I have been experiencing a lot of bugs as of late.
