I would rather drag him into the Gielinor Dimension and show him my house there that cost me over 50M since Proudspire Manor is extremely easy, and free, house to get.

Nazeem doesn't know that. He's the TES equivalent of the "excuse me, I can't help noticing that we seem to be considerably richer than yow" sketch. He'd have a fit if someone he looked down on had a bigger house than him. Doesn't matter if it's free or not, it well and truly trumps him

I still have yet to try this on anyone. Gotta build up a thief type char soon to try it out.

And FYI, I paid for it :tongue:

I spent the 25,000, which I used to get de' manor for free, on two sets of full Daedric, crap load of Daedric Gear, and Soul Gems to use to Enchant those stuff. Better spending, if you ask me.
