My problem is fixing the level of a dungeon forever when you enter. If I go into a cave with Bandits at level 1, there will be bandits at level 81. The problem here is it is keeping me from wanting to enter any place since once I go there it will never increase in difficulty. It makes me want to use the oghma infinium glitch to instantly level to 81 so the hardest enemies are everywhere.
I know people didn't like Oblivion's leveling system, but it got that part right. Really, how do I get past this. The game just becomes way too easy when areas get locked at a certain level.
