Can this laptop run Skyrim smoothly? : V

I am ignorant as to what is required to run Skyrim without lag but was hoping the laptop I am planning on buying will do the trick.

It is a:
Toshiba 17.3" 3rd Gen Intel Core i7-3610QM Laptop (P870-02L)

Related features and specs:

Processor Type: Intel Core i7-3610QM
Processor Cores: 4
Processor Speed: 2.3GHz
Processor Cache: 6 MB L3
Graphics Chipset: NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M

Any feedback/info would be greatly appreciated. I apologize if not enough info is provided.

What kind of graphics hardware does it have? NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M? If it got the NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M, then yes, it will run well.
