Currently I am trying to return the Theives Guild to its former and I am doing all the side missions from Vex and Devlin or whatever his name is. The problem is I can do all the missions from Devlin except the fishing quests. The fishing quests are hard for me because I have zero skill for pick-pocketing and I sold all my theives guild armor and I would update my skills for pick pocketing but I am already level 54 and lets face it that aint gunna happend because ill probly gain another level or two tops. I was wondering though if I dont do the fishing quests from Devin or Devlin whatever his name is will it still give me the main quests at the end of doing all of these repetitive quests to Return the Theieves Guild to its former glory and get the achievment. I already completed the main story line except this last part and I keep doing all these side things from vex and the other one but fishing is just impossible someone please help! Thank YOU!

Yeah. You can do any combination of "Small Jobs" as long as you do 5 for each city except Riften.

You can do just that numbers job over and over and still get the main jobs. The getting back to former glory quest is the worst in any TES game. It's absolutely repulsive >_> I am never doing that again.
