I am supposed to use the vampire's seduction power on a certain someone, yet i do not have it listed under powers. Can someone please tell me what it is I'm supposed to do. Feel free to PM me.

I think you just need to not feed on anyone for a while for your powers to strengthen. Once you haven't fed for a while, new powers will be added, and Vampire's Seduction is one of them. Just wait a while for them to appear, it will let you know when.

This was the case for me when my character hadn't fed on blood for a while.
