Hey guys i was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem. I've been playing Skyrim since November but i have been playing it on a regular SD tv. The water texture use to always look flat from a distance but as i came closer to it it always started to flow smoothly and look good. I just bought an HD tv today and now whenever i play Skyrim in HD the water is always blinking. Like it wont flow smoothly and stop blinking until i stop moving and wait a few seconds. Anyone else been experiencing this?
