so i have the issue(with one character) the screen in the center is fine but all around the edges i get blur on everything and its not just that everything a lot brighter like the contrast is turned up,
for example if i go into a snowy place it difficult to see cause the snow is incredibly bright (with the already complications of being snow) even in dungeons its an issue i was getting the elder scroll and the mist was literally just a massive white light obscuring nearly everything
on other players i dont get this blur and the brightness is normal

so any help would be appreciated thanks
