Hey guys, a new problem is plaguing me in Skyrim.

Any help? I have a few texture mods, but disabling them did nothing, as did disabling AA. Only happening for the particular texture right now. It's also used outside Whiterun, and I'm suffering the same problem there too. I have a Nvidia GeForce GT 520.
