my memory is a bit vague on this one guys but i remember this guard clear as day.

i was at the guard tower/outpost behind whiterun's city walls and there is a road next to this outpost that leads down into a snowy environment.

i think its the road that you find cicero on, but keep following it down and you will see this one guard on his own, his armour is pale light blue and i thats all i can remember... it was frost something guard and it really bugged me out every time i seen him because i was like "where are you from little guy?" and he was like "no lolligaggin'"


anyone know where he comes from? he just patrols up and down that road on his own

He's a Pale Guard, who guards the Pale, Dawnstar's hold.

This. And as long as I understand (depending on the dialogue with him) I suggest he is there watching that the road isn't used by the enemy.

i just find it weird how he's the only one seen in skyrim or the pale at least :S

At first I thought he works with the clown guy..
